HOUSE RULES Kindly note that failure to follow house rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement and may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund. You may also incur additional fees and costs. Help us be good neighbors and hosts! When you decide to stay with us, please keep these requirements in mind: - The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. - Parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations of any kind are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. - Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. We need time to prepare the home for our next guests and appreciate your prompt departure before or at 11:00 AM on the day of check-out. - This home is non-smoking, including inside the home and any interior structures. There is a minimum $1,200 per day cleaning charge for smoking inside the home, plus any cost for smoke mitigation. - Pet fee is $100 for up to 2 dogs. No exceptions. - You agree to leave the property as you found it as far as furniture placement, inside and out, putting any games and amenities back where you found them, and picking up after your pets. - Guest understands that if Guest does not follow the house rules or causes damage to the property, we can incur significant expense beyond the typical repair cost due to the nature of our business. These costs, plus a 20% management fee, will be charged to Guest, and Guest agrees to pay these charges. We love that you chose to stay with us, and we can’t wait to welcome you!
